Hello! I am a PhD candidate at Harvard University advised by Prof. Isaac Kohane.
My research focuses on utilizing unsupervised partitioning methods to identify clinically meaningful subgroups. In particular, I am interested in
- Identifying robust subgroups with optimized variance
- Assessing stability and generalizability of clustering algorithms across varying domains
- Evaluating the factors of heterogeneity in a population, to motivate for the advancement of personalized preventative and treatment strategies
Previously, I received my master’s degree from MIT in Computer Science where I was advised by Dr. Leo Celi, and I received my bachelor’s degree from MIT in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science.
